Shipping policy
The delivery of the products purchased on the site takes place on average within 3 - 5 working days from the order in Italy and the EU and within 8 - 10 days for all other destinations.
Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays, events beyond the control of the actors involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, roadblocks, strikes, demonstrations, health problems.
Couriers do not deliver on holidays, on 01/01, 06/01, 25/04, 01/05, 02/06, 15/08, 01/11, 08/12, 24/12, 25/12 , 26/12, 31/12 and on weekends.
For orders placed by credit card, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative checks.
