SHIPMENTS
Shipment services are powered by DHL Express for all orders.
All orders are shipped whitin 1 business days. Any order received after 3:00PM PST will ship the day after.
If you ordered on weekends or holidays, it may need more days.
Your order will be ship from Milan, Italy. We will send you a tracking number.
Italian clients will receive the order in 2-5 business days from shipment. International clients will need 7-14 days from shipment.
We can ship to any address in the world, except P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
Note that HWF cannot redirect shipments. Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct and not contain any error.
Shipping cost depends on weight and size of items. Add items to shopping cart to see the shipping cost.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items are weight & size based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
“Processing” means that we successfully received your order.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive the tracking number and your order status will change to “Shipped.”
If you want to buy an item actually out of stock, please click “Out Of Stock Request Form” and fill out the page. We will email you when we have that item in stock.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise.
However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
HWF cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from HWF, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to HWF. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
RETURNS
We do accept returns for refunds or exchanges within 14 days from order delivery. Provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Client pays the return shipment and all the custom duties associated. The items must be received by HWF within 30 days.

Black Friday products with a special discount are non-refundable.
For defective items, we ensure a full refund or exchange for free. Please contact ecommerce@hwf.it within 30 days from your order delivery. If the return will be accepted, we provide to send refund as soon as possible.
